Deputy Speech & Language Therapy Manager, University Hospital

The purpose of this post is to support the Speech & Language Therapy Manager in Charge III in the following:

· To provide clinical leadership for the delivery of an effective, efficient, quality assured and person centred Speech and Language Therapy Services in the sites identified above.

· To develop a shared sense of commitment and participation among patients, staff and other key stakeholders in the planning and development of the service.

· To develop the Speech and Language Therapy service working in close collaboration with external hospitals, primary care, voluntary and statutory agencies, and service users.
