A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths, Marriages & Civil Partnerships
6.5 Hours per week (Thursday)
Scale 6 and in the range SCP 20-24 Currently £31,586 to £34,314 per annum (pro rata).
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assistance and administration of all registration functions and activities in accordance with statutory requirements, GRO policies and procedures and Council guidelines pertaining to registration duties and to ensure the accurate and safe recording of all records and to deputise in the absence of the Registrar.
PLEASE NOTE: Only application forms containing all the information, which has been sought, will be considered. The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form. It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide sufficient relevant information including dates in this section of the form for each criteria. Applications will only be accepted on the application forms provided; Curriculum Vitaes will not be accepted.
