The Deli Supervisor is also responsible for creating and executing promotional strategies to drive sales and profits, managing budgets, and developing new menu items.

The Deli Supervisor ensures that all deli staff are properly trained, that food safety and health regulations are followed, and that customer service is consistently excellent.
