Role: Data Management Controls Analyst

Location: Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

  • Are you comfortable implementing master and reference data changes?
  • Are you comfortable assessing and analysing user access and control?
  • Do you have attention to detail and the ability to identify areas of improvement in internal processes?
  • Are you organised, proactive, pragmatic, and an excellent collaborator?

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and curate master and reference data.
  • Deliver on periodic access reviews including access rights and activity on AIB’s enterprise data warehouse.
  • Approve access to key enterprise data warehouse tables.
  • Provide assessments and oversight of the access, controls, and use of key analytical areas within the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Maintain metadata for enterprise data warehouse tables and columns.
  • Review and update internal standards and procedures ensuring they are complete, accurate and aligned to relevant external guidance, such as BCBS-239 / ISO.

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data management or IT environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify areas for streamlining / improvement.
  • A proven understanding and experience of data management activities and controls or IT controls.
  • A proven ability to collaborate with other teams including facilitating workshops and influencing others.
