Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
You are the front-line representative for our customers. The first impression and world-class service you provide will determine the customer’s happiness.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Knowing our products inside and out in order to assist all customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Exceed expectations
Additional Qualifications:
- At least 1 - 2 years' of call centre experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Warm professionalism
- Self-starter and motivated
