Customer Service - Data Enrichment

Salary: €28,800 PA 

Location: Galway Financial Services Centre, Moneenageisha Road, Galway H91 W1YV 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours)

Holidays: 25 day per year with additional bank holidays

• Your role will entail making outbound calls to primarily existing customers to attain key information and to ensure all information on file is up to date and accurate. 
• Ideal candidates would need to feel comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and you will receive full training and support.
