Customer Service Assistant

The e-commerce team in Ireland are looking for a customer service assistant who continuously strives to achieve outstanding customer service. We are currently looking to recruit for an assistant with exceptional inter-personal skills and excellent administration experience.

This role is based in our fulfilment centre in Grafton Street, Dublin but occasional travel may be required to other Pandora locations. If you value an exciting and varied working environment and meet the above requirements, then our recruiters looking forward to receiving your application.

What to expect from the role

  • Ensuring that our customers come first and always receive exceptional support.
  • Have excellent communication skills and working pro-actively with customers and other stakeholders
  • Processing customer requests in a timely manner using the internal system. This will involve ensuring that requests are processed in accordance with product rules and the company's processes and procedures.
  • Complaint handling and making sure the customer is always satisfied with the outcome by going above and beyond.Interacting with other areas of the business e.g. Sales, Operations, Compliance etc.
  • Coordination of other day to day activities
  • Administrative support, as required by the Department Lead. 

What we are looking for

  • Excellent inter-personal and clear communication skills with the ability to use positive language (written and verbal is essential).
  • Be empathetic and patient towards our customers as well as a quick problem-solver.
  • You will have strong office administration skills including IT skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel etc.).
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • You will be a flexible team player with the ability to deal with independent tasks.
  • You will be available to work full-time at our Dublin office, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required during peak times.
  • Be well organised, results driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
  • You must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland
