Customer Service Agent

About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Working Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Using DFDS systems to ensure orders are processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Proactively communicating updates and shipment status to customers, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimise logistics operations

About you

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the logistics industry and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. They should be proficient in Microsoft systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute effectively within a busy team is essential.
