Key Responsibilities
- To manage all service enquiries
- Agree with the customers a date and time for the service / repair to be carried out
- Agree with the customer the work to be carried out and after a vehicle health check any extra work to be carried out.
- Carry out a handover with the customer after the service / repair explaining exactly what work has been carried out on their vehicle.
- Liaise with the workshop manager to ensure the optimal flow of work through the workshop.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims answering any queries arising
- Provide all necessary reports for both internal and external requirements.
The successful candidate will have some experience working in Customer Service, have previous service advisor experience, be highly motivated, customer friendly with good IT and administration skills. A full driver's license is required for this position.
