Full-Time - Rotating shift pattern (5 out of 7 days Mon-Sun) between 6am and 11pm (8.5 hours per day).

We are currently hiring for our Home Emergency team in our Colchester office. With a focus on customer service and administration, these are roles where you will play your own important part in helping us to excel with our clients.

If you have experience in delivering customer service, whether by phone, email or face to face, or have held an administration role and are interested in building your career in insurance, we’d love to hear from you.

No prior insurance experience is necessary. We offer training to equip you with the knowledge and expertise for success.
