The Opportunity: Customer Care Advisor – Kilkenny/Hybrid

Initially you will be fully office-based during your training period, following which you will then have a mixture of remote & onsite work.

What will the role involve?

• Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Providing excellent advice and service to our existing health insurance customers
• Maintaining a high level of engagement with customers
• Ensuring all customer service standards are delivered
• Meeting individual targets and ensuring all service levels are met
• Developing effective relationships with the team and internal departments

What kind of experience do you need?

• Customer focused and committed to the delivery of first-class customer service
• 12 months’ experience in a sales/customer services role
• Third level qualification desirable but not essential
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication & influencing skills in both spoken and written English
• Proven ability to work in a target driven and results-focused environment
• A high degree of flexibility, with strong team spirit
• Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake same
• Alignment to the Vhi Values
