Job Description & Summary

At PwC our clients are at the heart of what we do and crucial to our growth. Our Business Development team provides direct support to the client facing teams across all service lines within the PwC firm.

This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Supported by a Salesforce Associate and under the leadership of the Data Analytics Lead and Head of Business Development, you will be the subject matter expert for all Salesforce CRM functionality, adoption and overall CRM strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead all aspects of and manage the Sales Cloud solution. This includes strategic planning, data collation and dashboard creation, data accuracy and implementing business processes.

  • Collaborate with partners and business stakeholders in shaping Salesforce relevant solutions to support the business robustly implement its go-market strategy. 

  • Provide practical guidance, training and support on Sales Cloud across all areas to ensure that users are maximising the platform’s capabilities.

  • Analyse and understand user adoption, identifying changes in key metrics, recommending next steps and sharing with relevant stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations and implement solutions and best practices in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality and overall Salesforce system usage.

  • Accountable for ensuring that all Salesforce processes and corresponding activities are in compliance with the firm’s data protection policy and the PwC networks data protection programme.

  • Liaising directly with teams to bring Salesforce to life within the service lines, to build advocates for Salesforce adoption and usage at leadership and all levels throughout the Firm.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment such as sales/marketing/change management including at least 2 years in Sales Cloud CRM systems 

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM strategy planning and execution.

  • Proven track record of working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Experience in analysing data and deriving insights and meaning from datasets.

  • Excellent knowledge of data management and experience in data quality processes.

  • Experience in presenting and delivering training to a wide range of audiences.

  • Professional service environment experience would be an advantage.
