Counter Assistant

O’Sullivans Pharmacy is recruiting a permanent full-time over-the-counter assistant to work in Bishopstown.

• 9 am to 6 pm five days including alternative Saturdays.
• There are no late nights, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

• Contribute to the smooth running of the front of the shop (over-the-counter medicine/cosmetic sales and orders)
• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and purchases.
• Be enthusiastic and driven.

Skills / Capabilities Required

• Customer-focused, excellent customer service skills
• Capable of working in a busy environment
• Able to handle pressure
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Approachable, friendly and professional
• Great initiative and strong work ethic
• Knowledge and experience of OTC medicines is preferable but not essential.
