Our Account Management Services team is responsible for developing both, strategic and practical concepts and business cases, for the creation of modern and agile working environments in our client’s office properties.

The Cost Manager AMS will play a major role in managing cost related subjects around our projects. This will further enhance the client’s business case and strategy and create a foundation for achieving project approval on client’s side.

Your duties will entail:

  • Rough Order of Magnitude Cost Estimating (Create/ Support/ Analyze/ Control).
  • Collect & provide cost benchmarks.
  • Collect and provide country specific cost insights.
  • Manage cost databases.
  • Follow and collect future cost developments/trends.
  • Analyze third party’s cost.
  • Our Cost Manager:

    • 10+ years' experience in a cost estimation/engineering.
    • Project Management experience.
    • MS Office proficiency.
    • Competence in civil engineering, quantity surveying or architecture a must.
