Corporate Liaison Support Officer , Grade V

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this post is to assist the Corporate Liaison Officers FOI/Medical-Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Lead to process requests for access to personal information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, assist with the management of medical- claims, assist with the preparation for attendance at Inquests and assist with the management of Parliamentary Questions and Representations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of two year experience at Grade IV level or equivalent
  • Minimum of two year administrative experience in a hospital setting
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to ensure timely engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Good ICT knowledge and skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Proven experience of general office procedures and administrative support
