Corporate/commercial Property Solicitors

Gibney Hogan LLP is a vibrant boutique corporate law firm based on Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2 with a diverse, interesting and successful client base. The core areas of practice are corporate, commercial contracts, M & A, intellectual property, sports law, insolvency, commercial property, construction and planning. Gibney Hogan LLP are specialist in their area. 

This is your opportunity to join an expanding corporate team and a growing commercial property team for which they are hiring the following roles:

  • Corporate Solicitor (4+ years post qualification experience)
  • Corporate Senior Associate (8+ years post qualification experience)
  • Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ years post qualification experience)

Must have:

  • Transactional experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong drafting ability;
  • Ability to project manage;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Strong relationships with fellow colleagues and clients;
  • Familiarity with case and document management software.
