We are currently recruiting a full-time Cookto join our team in Waterford on Carrickpherish Road.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 7:00-15:00

Main duties and responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Service to a high standard
• Various Styles of cooking, some baking & salad preparation
• To attend any mandatory training
• To follow any procedures and policies in the workplace
• To report all complaints to the manager
• To maintain a safe environment reporting all accidents and faults
• To only use equipment in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines
• Willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Good understanding of English language
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HACCP and ability to implement a HACCP Plan
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
• Flexibility
