Conveyancing Solicitor

North Dublin solicitors practice is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their team. A long-established general practice firm based in Dublin.

Opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a good work ethic to gain invaluable conveyancing and probate experience working as part of a team while also running their own files.

This role includes:

• All aspects of residential conveyancing to include acting for vendors, purchasers and first time buyers;
• Reviewing and drafting commercial leases for Landlords and Tenants;
• Preparation of applications to Tailte Eireann;
• Drafting of contracts, replies to Requisitions on Title, declarations, Deeds, etc.;
• Liaising with clients, lending institutions and other party solicitors;
• Investigation of title, advising clients in respect of property transactions;
• Preparation and submission of probate applications;
• Estate administration and will drafting.

Requirements:

• 1+ year post qualification experience;
• Experience in conveyancing and probate in client facing roles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently;
• Strong time management skills;
• Excellent IT skills.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
