Location: Donegal Town

Key Responsibilities;

• The successful completion of multiple projects.
• Ensuring a high standard of work.
• Assisting in the preparation of programmes of work and monitoring schedules to ensure timely progress on site.
• Communication with the PM/operations to plan the site layout, site set-up and subcontractors etc.
• Report directly to senior management and collaborate closely with Commercial team, including Senior Quantity Surveyors, to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures.
• Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team.
• Ensure our 3 Pillar KPI measures are met; deliver projects without safety incidents, within time and to budget.

Essential requirements for the ideal Candidate;

• Third level qualification in a construction related field.
• Proven record of delivering large scale Commercial, Industrial or Residential projects.
• Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, typically managing 3+ projects concurrently.
• Highly motivated with excellent people management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contract laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage project budgets and financial aspects.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation in construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software/ tools and strong IT skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and project reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
