Consumer Sales Advisor

What will the role involve:

• Taking inbound sales calls from new customers who are looking to purchase health insurance.
• Taking inbound sales calls from existing customers looking to review and renew their policies or
• Taking inbound sales calls from our existing customers looking to make changes to their policy
• Listening to and understanding our customers’ needs in order to offer a health insurance policy to suit those needs
• Building rapport with customers and maintaining a high level of engagement while talking to them
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and maximising sales opportunities.
• Developing effective relationships with the rest of your team and other internal departments
• Ensuring all processes and procedures in relation to the sales process are complied with

What Kind of experience do you need?

• 1 to 2 year’s experience in a fast paced sales role , third level qualification desirable but not required
• Customer focused and committed to the delivery of first class service.
• Results focused with a proven ability to work in a target driven environment
• Strong communication & influencing skills in written and spoken English.
• A high degree of flexibility, with strong team spirit.
• Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/ CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake same.
• Excellent computer skills.

These are CF3, CF4 & CF5 roles under the Central Bank’s Fitness and Probity regime.
