Compliance Administrator

The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance team at Forvis Mazars. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist us with our client onboarding procedures. The position requires excellent organisational and excel skills and attention to detail. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills and work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance testing & monitoring activities using excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining databases and electronic filing systems
  • Carrying out client due diligence and collation of supporting documents for a variety of new and existing clients.
  • Creating and editing documents, presentations and reports
  • Scheduling meetings and tracking action items
  • Conducting research and analysis
  • Contributing to new initiatives and projects
  • Other ad hoc admin & compliance duties, as needed

Principal Requirements

  • Min 1 years’ experience in similar compliance function preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Good knowledge of Accounting & Audit professional services & practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and strong organisational skills
  • Able to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy of work.
  • Takes ownership and accountability of tasks
  • Willingness to learn and to develop as part of the Compliance Team
