Commis Chef
Chef de Partie and Commis Chef - 3* Marine Hotel, Sutton
An excellent opportunity has arisen for culinary professionals to join our team as Commis Chef. The ideal candidates will have previous related experience within a 3* or 4* Hotel. These arepart-time casual positions with flexible shifts and an immediate start.
Responsibilities will include:
· To cook and present the dishes in all food areas as per the menus
· To comply with H.A.C.C.P & Covid-19 regulations
· To work as part of kitchen team, fostering teamwork and good working relationships
· To be aware and use the stock rotation system
· To help train, grow & develop junior kitchen staff and Chefs
· To assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
· To assist or be responsible for banqueting when required to do so by the Head Chef
