Commercial Property Solicitor

Expanding law firm based in Dublin 2 is currently seeking a part time/full time experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established practice which has always been recognised as one of Ireland's leading full-service law firms with a strong reputation.

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years post qualification experience in both commercial and residential property.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial property contracts and all documentation involved with conveyancing, leasing, mortgages and other property transactions.
  • Landlord and tenant.
  • Advising receivers and liquidators in relation to property related matters.
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Key competencies:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients - have a good understanding of clients’ needs and an ability to meet their demands.
  • Sound judgement and ability to work effectively under pressure delivering results working to tight deadlines.
  • Be highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for work requirements and client needs.
  • Have experience of working effectively as part of a team and individually.
  • A high level of computer proficiency including MS Office.
  • Experience using a case management system – Keyhouse preferable.
  • Personally driven with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to working hours.
