Our Graduate Programme in a nutshell

We love fresh thinking and new ideas here. Our 2 year Graduate Scheme lets you shine and get creative, tackling real-life business scenarios with your grad community, while supporting you to learn and grow as you develop your skills and knowledge through rotations in the area of our business that excites you most.
Our grads will join us on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract starting 2nd September 2025 and will be based in our Head Office in Dublin’s vibrant docklands.

Learn about our overall business and develop rounded skills for your career at Three and beyond
You’ll be supported in each of your rotations to gain hands on knowledge and experience of the team and overall function
You’ll have lots of opportunities to put your skills and learning into practice supporting key activities
As a Three Graduate you’ll regularly get together with the wider graduate community for development and problem-solving real-life business scenarios.
What’s involved in Commercial
The Commercial Team is at the heart of everything Three does. From defining and delivering the Commercial Strategy and the products that will bring that to life, whilst developing, running and maintaining our in-market propositions, all the way to Marketing and Selling these products in the most compelling and effective way. We also make sure this is all wrapped up in a brilliant and engaging Brand that supports both our day-to-day activity and our long-term aspirations as a business. And if that wasn’t enough, we are also accountable for looking after the customers experience in life, ensuring that we nurture and build long term relationships with them.
Join us a grad and you could work with these teams:
Prepay and Billpay – these teams have accountability for the strategy and performance of Three’s Pre pay and Bill pay segment, Product and Proposition development, Customer Lifecycle Management and Financial performance are areas you could get involved in.
Research & Insights - provide the 360 degree view of customer perceptions of the experiences we offer, the performance of our product, services, channels and network through primary research (qualitative, ad hoc quantitative and tracking studies) as well as utilising internal and external data sources to deliver market and competitive insights to help our teams to be ahead of the curve.
Sales Operations - Collaborate with digital, design, marketing and proposition teams to ensure the successful delivery of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people with passion, energy and a get-stuck-in attitude. You’ll be proactive with a curious mindset, always looking to learn and improve – and teach us a thing or two with your fresh thinking. Three is a dynamic and fast-paced place to work, so being able to balance lots of different priorities is a skill you’ll have nailed. You’ll be working collaboratively with other teams and partners, allowing your confidence building relationships and fantastic communication skills to really shine.
For this role you’ll also need to be
- Graduating this year or have graduated within the last 2 years.
- This programme is best suited to those with a Marketing / Business Analytics or Management / Digital Product Management related degree
- Able to demonstrate the legal right to work in Ireland
