Clinical Nurse Manager

Clinical Nurse Manager 2

Glenmaroon (St Louise’s))

Permanent Contract (37.5HPW)

Salary:€59,070 - €74,643 * (*LSI )

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work

Essential:

· Up to date NMBI Registration – RNID Desirable

· Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent or commitment to undertake is essential

· Full clean driving licence.

· Have 3 years nursing experience within the area of Intellectual Disability.

· Excellent IT, leadership, interpersonal, communication skills and & the ability to work with a large number of staff.

· Ability to work effectively with families and the Multi-Disciplinary Team.

· Commitment to engage actively in a community inclusive model, always promoting independence and inclusion

· Have excellent organisational, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative, have the capacity to manage change and passionately support people to live well with dementia.

Desirable:

· Display evidence of continual professional development

· Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies as set out in the job description
