Clinic Nurse Manager

Clinical Nurse Manager 3

CRS(Dublin Service)

Part Time Permanent Contract (35HPW)

Salary:€67,299 - € 76,002

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work

Essential:

· Up to date NMBI Registration – RNID Desirable

· Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent

· Full clean driving licence & requirement to drive service vehicle.

Desirable:

· Have a minimum of two years experience at CNM2 level in the area of intellectual disability

· Have proven people management, leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.

· Have experience of working with Behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting and mentoring staff teams in the delivery of a high quality service to the Service Users.

· Be highly motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and the capacity to manage change.

· Have experience of the HIQA registration process with the ability to support staff teams in the preparation for the inspections, ensuring standards are maintained.

· Be able to work on projects as directed by the Service Manager.

· Have experience working with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies in the co-ordination of services.

· Applicants should possess Level 3 behavioural competencies as set out in the job description
