Climate Change And Sustainability Manager
Ards & North Borough CouncilCity Hall, Bangor, DownScale PO4, SCP 36 - 39, £44,428 - £47,420 paFull-timePermanent
The post holder will ensure the delivery of the Council’s vision and strategic objectives with focus on matters relating to sustainability and climate change. They will be responsible for ensuring that the Council meets its statutory obligations with respect to Sustainability, Climate Change and Environmental Management.
Will lead the Council’s progress to transition to net-zero emissions: champion sustainability initiatives and innovative development in the Council.
Will monitor the implementation of the Council’s Sustainability and Climate Change Policy and action plan as detailed in the Roadmap to Sustainability.

Please Note
- This is a permanent, full time post, working 36 hours per week.
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
