Due to our continued success, we are delighted to be expanding our team and are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our homecare team in Askeaton, Co. Limerick.
Role Overview:
The Client Care Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients by coordinating and managing client services effectively. This role requires a person with excellent communication and people skills, who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client care services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Schedule and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for client needs.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous background or experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
- Exceptional administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience in rostering or scheduling is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a requirement.
