Cleaners (With own Transport) Required

We are a property management company who look after both the maintenance of rental properties and the communal areas of privately managed estates both commercial and residential complexes to include apartment buildings. 

We are looking for cleaners who have their own transport to carry out the day-to-day cleaning of communal common areas and regular house cleans for private customers at various sites. 

You must be reliable and have attention to detail. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good-clean condition at all times and that any maintenance issues outside of this scope are reported to the office.

Responsibilities

• Undertake general cleaning of all non-clinical areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells and toilets, etc.
• Vacuuming, dusting and washing floors and walls
• Sweeping, floor polishing and waste disposal
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, curtains and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when required
• Organised necessary supplies for cleaning toilet facilities
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers and elevators
• General housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter control
• Inform the Supervisor/Manager of stock required for replenishing purposes
• Undertake other routine tasks such as hosing down forecourt and dealing with bin-stores
• Completion of daily inspection sheets and completion of job sheets
• Undertake any other duties as requested
• Carry out on call duties after hours via a rota system

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
• SAFE PASS preferred.
• Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be fluent in English
• Being able to perform under pressure and within a team
• Full Clean Drivers Licence
• Must have own transport to be able to attend various sites
