Chaplaincy Coordinator (Permanent / Full Time)

• The coordinator of Chaplaincy Services will be a working Chaplain and in addition will have the responsibility to lead, co-ordinate and supervise the work of the Chaplaincy Services in both Saint John of God Hospital Clg and Saint Joseph’s Shankill while allocating staff and volunteers according to patient needs.
• Be responsible for setting up all pastoral care systems which support the needs of the Patients / Residents and is consistent with the Mission and Values of Saint John of God.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate quality standards and procedures for the Chaplaincy Department.
• Identify and implement operational processes to the standards of best practice in order to optimise use of all resources and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
