Catering Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Part -time Catering assistant/cook to join our team in Dunlaoighre

Flexibility required, 15 hours/week

Main duties and responsibilities

• Basic food preparation & service (cooking, some baking & salad preparation)
• To attend any mandatory training
• To follow any procedures and policies in the workplace
• To report all complaints to the manager
• To maintain a safe environment reporting all accidents and faults
• To only use equipment in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines
• Help with serving the meals
• General cleaning
• Willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Good understanding of English language
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HACCP and ability to implement a HACCP Plan
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
