Butcher/Butcher's Assistant Required.

Employer & Employment Location: Ashgrove Meats Ltd, Ashgrove Meats, Dually, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, V42 XN81, and operating within the same address.

Required: The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Work Includes: Duties will include assisting in the preparation and processing of meats, including trimming, deboning, and cutting to the company’s specifications and at line speed. The role requires working in a chilled environment, following production targets, and ensuring cuts are free from bruises, defects, and blemishes. Additional duties may involve handling carcasses, removing skins and internal organs, portioning, preparing meats for curing or processing, and cleaning tools and work surfaces.

Minimum Annual Salary: €34,000 per annum.

Working Hours: 39 per week.
