Join us as a Business Marketing Specialist 

A specialist role that reports to the Business Marketing Manager within the Marketing Communications Team.
The Business Marketing specialist is responsible for performance marketing within the Business Marketing Team and should have a strong background and experience in delivering lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

The Business Marketing specialist works cross functionally within the Commercial and Business Teams to maximize performance across all activities.

What else it involves

• Business Marketing Communications Strategy: Support the execution of Three’s Business Marketing annual plan, working closely with the Business Marketing Manager
• Campaign and Creative Development: Responsible for working with agencies and internal creative studio to develop a wide range of marketing outputs from campaigns, to social content, events and collateral.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Responsible for KPI and lead generation goal setting as well as analysis of lead and campaign performance indicators to assess effectiveness across different marketing activities. Experience of working with lead management systems in particular within the B2B environment eg LinkedIn, Salesforce Pardot, Hubspot etc and ensuring strong implementation across the full ecosystem to drive business results
• Event Management: Responsible delivering customer facing events and product showcases that align to the wider team roadmaps to maximize opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Business Sales, CVM and Proposition teams to support product and campaign roadmaps
• Agency Management: briefing, media planning, inter agency process management, campaign production management, and post campaign analysis. Working closely with key stakeholders to maximize campaign reach.
• Budget Management: responsible for maximizing the Business marketing budget and supporting budgeting processes
• Brand Guardianship: Support all departments in ensuring the brand is consistent in internal and external communications. Ensuring achievement of all brand targets for Three Business with a strong understanding of our customer and how we can meet their functional and emotional needs.

The skills required for this role.

• At least 3 years B2B Marketing Experience
• Experience working with tools and systems to drive lead performance
• Event management experience
• Ability to project manage multiple projects and delver to tight timelines
• A huge passion for brands and marketing
• Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment
• Commercial acumen with analytical approach
• Strong people skills, ability to influence and achieve buy in from stakeholders across all levels
