Our Graduate Programme
Our 2-year Graduate Programme lets you shine and get creative, tackling real-life business challenges within your grad community. You’ll be supported to learn and grow, kick-starting with our three weeks of onboarding followed by a bespoke development programme that provides you with focused learning sessions and opportunities alongside your rotations in our business. You’ll track your growth and development in our Grad Me@Three app which will help you refine your skills and knowledge for your future career! Our grads will join us on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract starting in September 2025 and will be based in our Head Office in Dublin’s vibrant docklands.
As a Three Graduate you’ll…
Learn about our overall business and develop rounded skills for your career at Three and beyond. You’ll be supported in each of your rotations to gain practical knowledge and experience of the team and overall function. You’ll have lots of opportunities to put your skills and learning into practice supporting key activities. As a Three Graduate you’ll regularly get together with the wider graduate community for development and problem-solving real-life business challenges.
What’s involved in Business – Product Portfolio, Customer Value Management & Digital
Our Business Product Portfolio teams cover our Mobile & Broadband, IoT, 3Connected Solutions (ICT) products for business as well as managing customer lifetime value and digital delivery. The team includes products managers, product developers, planners working collaboratively with product & proposition specialists – all with the goal of delivering our product financial & strategic objectives.
You could work in:
Business Product Marketing – supporting the product portfolio team on proposition and product development from mobile to IOT and lots in between. You’ll get involved in delivery and post launch tracking and monitoring. You’ll work with the product manager and MarComms to support the development of differentiated, insight-led propositions. Go-to-market plans and communication to sales channels & customers will be a key focus area. Collaboration across other teams is a big part of this role and you’ll engage with SME and EPG sales, finance, CRM, PMO, Regulatory and more.
Business Product Systems & Process - supporting the product portfolio team on proposition and product development, you could be gathering system and process requirements and developing solutions across the full product portfolio, and collaborating with IT and other departments to deliver changes that add real value. You’ll work with our CRM Service Designers & continuous improvements team to drive process improvements to support customer experience – something we’re really passionate about. You’ll also support your PM on product rationalisation and lifecycle management activity.
Customer Value Management/Digital - We use data and insights to optimise our churn and build cross selling activity. With key CRM capability we develop automated journeys using data and triggers to develop more value from our customers and match them with our wide range of connected products. We’re also on a journey to developing improving our digital customers to reduce friction, and make things easier for our wide range of customers. So you’ll get to use data to understand what makes a customer a good prospect, how to identify trends and to work across the business to drive cross selling and keep churn to minimum. You’ll get to own your own project and input into the wider run of business.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people with passion, energy and a get-stuck-in attitude. You’ll be proactive with a curious mindset, always looking to learn and improve – and teach us a thing or two with your fresh thinking. Three is a dynamic and fast-paced place to work, so being able to balance lots of different priorities is a skill you’ll have nailed. You’ll be working collaboratively with other teams and partners, allowing your confidence building relationships and fantastic communication skills to really shine.
For this role you’ll also need to be:
•Graduating this year, or have graduated within the last 2 years.
•We don’t ask for a minimum or specific degree
•Able to demonstrate the legal right to work in Ireland
And have these skills & attributes:
•Good understanding of mobile and internet technology and trends.
•Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business process, and commercial issues.
•Results oriented with a focus on customers
