The role:

We are proud to launch our 2025 Business Graduate Programme, our Business team are an integral part of the business at every level. This programme is designed to develop our future leaders by providing them with a unique environment where they will be challenged daily in order to prepare them for future business leadership roles.

By joining us you will enter into a Graduate Programme which promises to give you a wide breadth of experience as we look to develop the future leaders within the food industry globally. It’s a fast-paced, exciting team that lives in real-time, where you’ll need to be ready to respond quickly to anything that might challenge our ability to deliver to customers.

Our Business Graduate Scheme runs over two years where you'll spend time across different areas of the business such as New Product Development, Continuous Improvement, Sustainability, Customer Success, Strategic Development and Merchandising. From day one, you'll begin to gain hands-on experience, whilst also broadening your technical know-how.

You won’t be joining “just another graduate scheme”, our graduates have the ability to go all the way within the Business team and be the best they can be. Because we only hire a select few, this programme provides unparalleled opportunities and exposure to key leadership within our business.

Requirements:

· 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Business degree.

· A solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Business.

· Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

· Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.

· Available to start September 2025

· Full clean drivers’ licence and access to own transport
