Business Development Manager (Leinster Region)
Company Description
EcoVolt Ltd is a multi-award winning company that designs and manufactures innovative space heating, hot water, and ventilation products for the residential new build and retro-fit market. Key customers include several of the largest heating merchants and wholesalers in Ireland.
Role Description
· Promoting the EcoVolt range of energy efficient heating, hot water and ventilation products across the Irish construction market to consultant engineers, mechanical contractors, builders, developers, and heating merchants
· Undertaking CPD’s to promote the EcoVolt product offering via Engineers Ireland CPD.
· Seeking out sales and specifications opportunities via online construction information websites and personal networks
· Providing technical information to designers and specifiers
· Creating NZEB compliant specifications for apartments and low energy housing alongside EcoVolt’s in-house engineering team.
· Key account management with assigned merchant accounts
· Calling to mechanical contractors to present the EcoVolt range of products.
· Prepare quotations & tenders for merchants and mechanical contractors.
· Keep track of all sales activities in the company CRM.
· Host and present Installer Training days.
· Provide on-site support, attend design team meetings, or site demonstrations to key accounts as required.
· Work with the EcoVolt marketing team to promote EcoVolt products via online platforms.
· Promote the EcoVolt product offering through tradeshows and breakfast mornings, etc. as required.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- A track record of successful business development and sales growth
- Experience in developing and managing customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation, project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in the HVAC or construction industry is a must
- A degree in business, engineering, or building services is required
Note: Relevant skills and qualifications include experience with contract specifications, product launch planning, market analysis, CRM, technical calculations, and CAD design.
