Business Centre Supervisor

Business Centre Supervisor - 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide

We are looking for a full-time Business Centre Supervisor to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service for our Meetings & Conferences and a proven ability to lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

· Assisting the C&B Manager in the smooth running of our Business Centre

· Ensuring that all meeting rooms are set up to the client’s requirements

· Ensuring the coffee breaks and lunch breaks are organised and run smoothly for clients

· Ensuring that you have full working knowledge of all meeting room equipment

· Conducting month stock takes

· Training staff in the department to the SOP and ensuring that all training is signed off

· Assisting with room set up for large conferences and Weddings
