GRADE: 4

JOB PURPOSE:
To assist in the effective administration of the delivery of the NIHE’s Building Safety Management requirements in respect of Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRB’s) and Resident Engagement.

REQUIREMENTS: 
1. i) BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification PLUS one year’s relevant administrative experience
OR
ii) BTEC National or equivalent qualification PLUS 2 years' relevant administrative experience
OR
iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning AND a minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative experience
