Applegreen Brand Manager
Role Introduction:
Applegreen is seeking to recruit a Brand Manager within our ROI Marketing team who will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance Applegreen's market presence and drive customer engagement. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing campaigns.

As Applegreen evolves, the responsibilities will also evolve and change over time. The initial responsibilities will centre around the following areas:

· Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness in Ireland.
· Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver a calendar of campaigns and marketing activity with a focus on ensuring brand consistency across all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
· Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Collaborate with the creative and designs team to ensure brand consistency in all visual and messaging materials.
· Lead on market research projects to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
· Analyzing data for customer trends, insights, and information to help drive future decision making.
· Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing activities align with Applegreen's brand values and guidelines.
· Liaise with the Customer Marketing Manager and site management teams to ensure brand standards are maintained across all locations.
· Manage relationships with external partners, including PR, Media and Research agencies.
· Support the development and rollout of new brand initiatives and product launches.
· Collaborate with our brand partners to ensure appropriate messaging compliments the overall Applegreen strategy.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
· Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The Candidate should have the following:
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
· 3 + years’ experience in a similar role in a Retail/FMCG environment with demonstrable people management experience.
· Excellent administrative, computer, numerical and organisational skills.
· Full Irish driving licence.
· Proven marketer with strong record of performance delivery and experience of creating and leading powerful campaigns and content and integrated platform
· Must be able to demonstrate strong creative judgement and flair.

· Proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
· A highly organised individual with ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively for maximum impact and adapt around changing priorities as required.
· A self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Ability to execute directly at high quality and pace.
· Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment and a keen interest in developing a career in Applegreen.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to engage and develop relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
· Experience building positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
· A positive attitude with a solution focused approach to challenges that arise.
· Is resilient and calm under pressure.
· Willing to travel ad hoc if required.
· Work with the Marketing team to help plan and execute any company events throughout the year.
