Bookkeeper
Veldons Seafarer are seeking a bookkeeper with an immediate start.
Duties to include:
Management of Accounting System
(Reconciliation of invoices, delivery dockets and statements and inputting them on system and bank Reconciliation)
Cashflow Management - Debt & Credit control
Accounts preparation (ledgers & journals etc for accountants)
Payroll (Weekly payroll & bank file / payroll queries / starters/leavers)
Preparation & Submission of Revenue Returns (VAT & PAYE, Licence/TCC etc)
Preparation of Weekly Business Reports
Cash/ Till / Float reconciliations
Preparation of Lodgements & Bank Runs
