Great opportunity to join our well-established Construction Company based in North County Dublin. We are seeking to recruit for the role of Part Time Bookkeeper – Administrator with the potential of Full-Time ( with some flexibility in working hours ). This role offers a positive and friendly culture. Role will be based in the office.
The ideal person for this role, will have previous experience working as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant. They will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded in conjunction with general administration duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable and bank/credit card statements
- Preparing financial statements
- Processing payments
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns
- Processing RCT Payments for subcontractors on ROS
- General administrative duties as and when required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Xero an advantage
- Experience with ROS is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, self-motivated and ability to manage and meet all deadlines
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience working within the Construction industry an asset
- Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary €38K - €44K depending on experience
Own transport essential. Parking onsite
