Bookeeper / Office Administrator

Our busy construction company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Bookeeper to work from our office in Delvin, Co. Westmeath.
Favourable part time hours from 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
- Basic Bookeeping and management of accounts
- Submit Payroll weekly
- Using ROS to register contractors
- Using Internet banking to pay Wages and Suppliers
- Answering emails
- Creating quotes and contracts for new business customers
Requirements:
- Prevoius experience in a simular role essential
- Must be familiar with Sage Accounting and Payroll and ROS
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
