B2B UK Service Improvement Specialist

This role is part of the B2B UK Services team in Limerick and reports to the B2B UK Account Relationship Manager ROI & UK.

Following on from the success in 2022 where we launched a new service offering supporting the B2B UK customer base. With further growth expected and a planned migration of CRM systems we have added a new role to this growing team. The role of B2B UK Service Improvement Specialist, will be to influence, execute and embed change within the service teams.
In this role, you will need to be aware of all upcoming changes to systems, processes and policy that arise through ongoing and new projects. You will be the gatekeeper for service in ensuring these are fit for purpose. This role will also be responsible for ensuring cross functional teams keep Service and the Customer to the fore in advance of any changes that require implementation. You will be expected to meet objectives and key deadlines in order to ensure the seamless integration and employee adaption targets are met.

What else it involves

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee digital migration project, attend programme meetings, highlight, deliver and seek resolution on issues as they arise.
  • Creating reports summarising the results of the change process to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  • Developing and implementing communication plans to inform employees of upcoming changes with key stakeholder input.
  • Developing and implementing programme of work to help employees become comfortable with new processes with key stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive positive ‘one team’ ways of working.
  • Identify gaps in our processes, ways of working and define, drive and deliver actions to make improvements.
  • Involvement in key initiatives (design, plan, implement, review) and participate in other programs across the team as required.
  • Prepare & deliver presentations for assigned initiatives.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
