Basic Grade Pharmacist
- 1.0WTE (35 hours)
- Indefinite duration contract
- H.S.E. funded
- Based in Harold’s Cross
The post holder will work with the pharmacy team in the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service and will participate in service development as required. The successful candidate will provide pharmacy services to all areas of the hospice including dispensary, ward-based clinical services and medicines information services, including the OLH&CS-based Palliative Meds Info. Clinical duties will include responsibilities to the three specialties in the hospice; Palliative Care, Care of the older Person and Rheumatology.
Essential requirements:
- Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (The Pharmacy Regulator) or be entitled to be so registered. Candidates expected to register this autumn are also invited to apply.
- Minimum of 6 months relevant experience including experience as a student or intern pharmacist.
