The Matt Ryan Bar at the 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide is looking for a talented Bar Mixologist to join our friendly team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a bar or mixology role
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent guest service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Barista or wine knowledge is a plus

Your Role Will Include:

• Crafting a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
• Recommending drinks and offering detailed product knowledge to guests
• Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and health & safety compliance
• Bringing creativity and style to cocktail presentation
