AUTISM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Adult Day Services Dublin (St Vincent’s Centre/TEES)

Permanent Part- Time contract 35 hpw

Salary: €52,441-€61,241*

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Interested applicants must possess the following:

• QQI Level 8 or higher award (equivalent to 60 ECTS or above) that is relevant to the specialist area - Essential

• Postgraduate qualification/relevant experience in Autism led services-Essential

• A full clean driving license and access to own car – Essential

Desirable:

• Have a knowledge of New Directions

• Have excellent organisational, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to work on their own initiative and effectively manage their time.

• Have proven leadership skills

• Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office).

• Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioral competencies of Avista competency framework
