Job Title : Assistant Administrator
Working Hours: 9am to 4pm with 30 minutes lunch break (some flexibility on start/end times if required).
Working Week: We are looking for someone who is interested in working between 3 to 5 days per week.
Place of Work: Unit 29 Duleek Business Park, Duleek. County Meath. A92 N72W.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work in an Administrative role with some financial aspects, sales / purchase invoices etc.
Tasks:
• Answer & transfer telephone calls.
• Respond to email queries.
• Process Sales Orders received via telephone order/ web-order / email.
• Invoicing Orders.
• Cover phones / emails.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• Report any problems / complaints to management.
• Courier Invoice Reconciliations
• Manage Conference Room Bookings
• Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & organisation skills.
• Computer Literate – Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
• SAGE proficient (preferable but not essential).
• Spanish would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
Training - will be provided as required.
Proposed Start Date: as soon as possible.
