Area Sales Manager

Corrib Oil Group a leading supplier of high-quality fuels and lubricants to homes, farms, and businesses across all of Ireland. We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an established Area Sales Manager to join our team and Manager our Sales in our Galway Territory.

Current locations (Tuam, Tuam Rd. Galway, Loughrea and Athenry)

As an Area Sales Manager, you will not only be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, but also for leading and motivating a team of experienced professional drivers who deliver our products and services in your assigned territory.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers

· Promoting and selling our products and services in your assigned territory

· Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

· Providing excellent after-sales service and support

· Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads

· Negotiating contracts and closing deals

· Reporting on sales activities and market trends

· Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction to include our Lubricants & Fuel card Divisions.

· Leading and motivating a team of drivers to support the sales strategy of being number one in our territories for customer service

· Growing our sales through acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones

· Reviewing Aged Debts reports with Credit Control Manager.

· Maintaining Group credit policies in the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the oil distribution industry or a related field

· A proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting customer expectations

· Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team effectively.

· A full driving license and willingness to travel within your territory

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· A self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude

· A strong team player with a customer-focused approach
