The Opportunity:
As an Appointments Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our Appointments Department team to deliver quality service and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for coaching and leading our Appointments Department team to achieve sales targets as set out by the company.
Responsibilities includes:
- Coaching & Motivation: Lead, inspire, and motivate a telesales team to exceed performance expectations, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets by implementing effective strategies and maintaining focus on KPIs.
- Team Communication: Maintain regular communication with Sales Representative Managers to align on team performance, goals, and progress.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess calls for quality assurance, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and customer service standards.
- CRM & Customer Management: Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and ensure high-quality customer management.
- Reporting & KPI Tracking: Regularly report on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Lead Management & Delegation: Oversee delegation of leads from multiple channels (e.g., Chatbot, SSE Database, Web SEO, PPC, and Facebook Leads), ensuring effective lead management and follow-up.
- Performance Management: Conduct individual performance reviews and set clear performance goals to drive continuous improvement in productivity and call quality.
- Team Support: Serve as the go-to resource for team members, answering queries and providing support, while liaising with other departments when necessary.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with HR to onboard and train new team members, developing processes and materials to address skill gaps and ensure ongoing professional development.
Qualifications/Key Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales or sales management.
- Strong people management, leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to nurture team member strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in performance management and team development.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to team members.
- Good interpersonal skills for working within a team, be flexible and results driven.
