The Opportunity:

As an Appointments Coordinator you will be responsible for skilfully coordinating appointments between our customers and sales Representatives, by managing the overall scheduling, rescheduling and confirmation processes. 

Responsibilities includes 

  • Consistently uphold the highest standards while engaging in quality calls to explore new installation opportunities. 
  • Ensure accurate and effective qualification of potential customers to maximize appointment success 
  • Assign appointment dates to Sales reps by coordinating work schedules, ensuring a smooth flow of operations. 
  • Review and prioritize services at each location, optimizing efficiency in appointment scheduling. 
  • Provide support during scheduled appointments, ensuring a positive customer experience. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry compliance, company procedures, and processes in every interaction. 
  • Administration of appointments received through email and telephone, contributing to a well-organized system. 

Qualifications/Key Skills 

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and an exceptional phone manner. 
  • Ambition and Determination: Demonstrate natural ambition, determination, and resourcefulness. 
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment, showcasing adaptability and flexibility. 
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit a keen eye for detail, coupled with excellent organizational skills. 
  • IT Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency. 
  • Team Player: Be an excellent team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. 
  • Desirable Experience: Telesales/Call centre, Admin or reception duties, Record Keeping & Customer service
